Project management group

  • In 2006 in the company Bugroff there was formed a project management group. In the group there are specialists, who have experience in executing of various activities, which are necessary to prepare the document set for the General Contract, to plan different objects, being in the role of the General Contractor.
  • Our objective is to fulfil the functions of the Client that are assigned to him in the normative documents of the building field, to fulfil the functions during the planning, building or reconstruction of various objects, to represent the interests of the Clients as regards the reduction of CE, working terms and the guarantee of the high quality of planning, assembling and building activities.

When the services get offered

First of all the Contract between the Client and his Plenipotentiary, i.e. his Project Manager has to be signed. On the strength of the Contract the Client delegates to the Project Manager his rights and duties, which are assigned to him in the normative documents of the building field. The Client issues to the Project Manager all necessary letters of attorney, so that the Project Manager is able to address State Institutions in the name of the Client.

Volume of the offered services

The volume of the offered services depends on desires of the Client, on the planning and building stage at which the Project Manager was involved into the working process.

In case, when the Client has a ready project of a building or an edifice, the Project Manager:
  • analyses and verifies the project, makes a list of questions and notes,
  • goes through the questions and notes together with project authors and the Client and takes the decision, whether the project has to be polished up or corrected,
  • controls the course of the corrections of the project and accepts its final version.
In case, if the Client does not have any ready project of a building or an edifice, the Project Manager:
  • in cooperation with the Client prepares all documents necessary for the planning, including the technical task,
  • selects the General Contactor, organises competitions, gets agreements on the General Contractor selection with the Client,
  • prepares the Contract for the planning, so that the Client and the General Contractor can sign it and controls the fulfilment of the Contract after the signing.
